The storied Wagoneer name returns to the market in 2022 applied to a good-looking, three-row full-size SUV available in standard or long wheelbase versions (think Chevy Tahoe and Suburban sizing). Power comes from a 420-hp twin-turbo inline-six. The vehicle’s size and luxury features make it an appealing alternative to other big size XXL vehicles such as the GMC Yukon, Ford Expedition and Toyota Sequoia.
Off-road Jeep Wagoneer edition off-road abilities are impressive, too, especially given the vehicle’s size. It drives like a smaller SUV on the highway and handles rocky roads confidently and comfortably. This is helped by the Wagoneer’s multi-link, coil-spring suspension and the use of all-terrain tires that offer a superb on-road ride.
